Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing any payment for Adhya Shakti Garba Mahotsav 2026.
No Cancellation / No Refund: Adhya Shakti Garba Mahotsav 2026 is a fixed-capacity event held from 11–19 October 2026. There is no cancellation or refund facility available for this Event. Once payment towards any pass, ticket, or registration fee has been made successfully, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded, under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
1. Order Confirmation
Once the applicable fee has been paid successfully for a pass or registration to Adhya Shakti Garba Mahotsav 2026, the order is treated as final and confirmed. As stated above, no cancellation or refund facility is available for this Event.
2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event there is any claim of chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately contact the Jay Ambe Charitable Trust, Borsad with his/her claim details and claim refund from the Trust alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by the Trust via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as the Trust deems appropriate.
No claims for refund/chargeback shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s), and in the event such a claim is made, it shall not be entertained.
In these Terms and Conditions, the term "Chargeback" shall mean approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited, or charged back to the merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to the Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties, and other charges incidental thereto.
3. No Cancellation Facility for This Event
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere on this website, there is no cancellation or refund facility available for Adhya Shakti Garba Mahotsav 2026. Attendees are advised to confirm their availability for the event dates before completing payment for any pass or registration.
4. Event Changes
Please also refer to Section 4 ("Event Details, Changes & Force Majeure") of our Terms & Conditions regarding changes to Event dates, venue, or performer line-up. Such changes do not, by themselves, entitle an Attendee to a refund under this policy.
